Our menu was built with one idea in mind: food made for beer. At the heart of it is pizza, Detroit and New York–style. We import many of our ingredients, so you’ll be biting into the same pepperoni found at some of New York’s top pizzerias, and even the same cheese. Our crust is a three-day sourdough process, and our sauce is made with organic tomatoes. We care about the details, because like you, we want the best food to go with the best beer.
